Acupuncture

Acupuncture for Fertility

Acupuncture has been increasingly recognized for its ability to support fertility naturally. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or through assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or IUI, acupuncture can play an important role in improving your chances of success.

Supporting Natural Conception:

Acupuncture is used to regulate the menstrual cycle, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, and reduce stress—factors that are key in enhancing fertility. By improving hormone balance and increasing circulation, acupuncture can create a more favorable environment for conception.

Real-Life Benefits and Success Stories:

Many of our patients have experienced positive results from combining acupuncture with their fertility journey. Personal stories of increased fertility, smoother IVF/IUI cycles, and successful pregnancies serve as a testament to the power of acupuncture.

Acupuncture & IVF Support

Our approach combines ancient wisdom and modern science. Acupuncture improves blood flow to the uterus, regulates hormones, reduces inflammation, and helps calm the nervous system. When combined with herbs, diet, and lifestyle coaching, it becomes a powerful fertility support system.

We commonly support patients navigating:

  • Unexplained infertility

  • Low ovarian reserve / diminished AMH

  • PCOS and irregular ovulation

  • Endometriosis-related infertility

  • Male factor fertility issues (low count, motility, or morphology)

  • Recurrent pregnancy loss or miscarriage

  • Stress-related cycle disruptions

  • Pre- and post-IVF support

  • IUI and timed intercourse cycles

Our osteopaths use soft tissue techniques, gentle mobilizations, and craniosacral therapy to:

  • Improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries

  • Reduce tension in the pelvic area

  • Support hormonal regulation

  • Calm the nervous system and reduce stress

  • Create space and alignment for optimal reproductive function

Psychology

The fertility journey can be tough. Issues around self-worth and relationship challenges often arise without the ability to feel supported.

We understand.

We believe that developing healthy relationships with self and then others is critical in finding and keeping a healthy balance of peace and harmony in our lives.

We look forward to meeting with you, where you are at and then journeying with you towards the best version of yourself.

Yoga

How Does Yoga Help?

Our Yogis place heavy emphasis on breathing and breath work during the yoga session. This helps in releasing tension and lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol which may interfere with reproductive hormone function. Our South clinic location offers yoga classes. Our Yogis are welcoming, gentle, and allow for various experience levels.

Fertility Yoga benefits you in the following ways:

  • Increases relaxation
  • Creates a sense of peace and well-being
  • Allows for blood flow to the uterus and reproductive organs (improving egg quality)
  • Teaches the body to become more open and less rigid.
